NORD is a Liverpool restaurant at The Plaza on Old Hall Street, led by Liverpudlian executive chef Daniel Heffy. Its cooking, described as Travelled British, combines Northern British roots with influences from the chef's time working in Scandinavia, using ingredients from independent and family-run producers. Menus include prix fixe, a la carte, a chef's menu, a vegan menu and a sharing-style Sunday lunch, alongside a drinks list. It serves lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday and opens all day on Sunday, with walk-ins welcome in the bar area and private hire on Mondays.
