Third class gym , they make big commitments on the time of joining and later on they deal with Coustmers as if they der is only 1 gym left in mohali. Fucking can't even share things which happen in gym. These days they have fucking started spraying & using fog in gym hours so that Coustmer should leave gym before 10pm . Commitment of 10:30 and close gym at 9:45 will really disappointing for the Coustmer . Idiot motherfuckers don't have manners to treat Coustmers. Not even a single day they have closed gym at 10.05 rather closing at 9.50 or 9.45 always. On the time of joining they commited that gym will not be closed till the time Coustmer is completed with workout. All of the above no1 is der to listen to Coustmer . FUCK OFFFFFFFF

Third class gym. No professional trainers. They make a fool out of you in the name of good service. No Equipment. worst Gym please don't join.

I am gymming for last 10 years. I have joined various gyms whose monthly fee was from 500 to 5000 per month. But NEO Fitness Tdi Mohali is worst. Managers are so illiterate, they don't know how to talk. Looks like some illiterate laborers from UP. When you'll go to the gym for a visit they will start begging for joining it. Their exact statement was: "Bhai kr lo join apna bhi kuch bn jayega commision ka". and there was a guy who was also there for 1st-time visit. The first statement of manger was "Ye kya haalat bna rakhi he". Its been 3 months since it started and they don't have machines yet. They are promising to everyone that machine will come next week but I believe it will take 1 more year. They will try to impress you with their mobile app, trainer rating etc. but all is just a showcase. As per my experience ONLY join a gym where owners are directly involved. Otherwise, you will keep sending complaint emails and no one will take any action. If you are conscious about your health and don't want to get stressed over by arguing with a bunch of illiterates then NEVER join this gym. ZERO stars to Neo Fitness Mohali gym and its staff.

One of the worst gyms ever- They will show you there fancy APP - DON'T SIGN UP! It was the biggest mistake of my year and a half. We(with my 2 other friends) signed up for there yearly pack and boy they really suck.. Machines not there at first place and they beg you to sign up by saying that they will get their commissions. Staff is too rude and nonsense to talk. they speak all shit they can ever afford. No manners that how we talk to our clients who are paying to use their premises. Managers, Owners, and staff everyone think they are God Father of TDI as if they own everyone who lives here but I am sure their own ass will be in trouble very soon because of the way they treat their customers. I have been to so many gyms in the past few years but trust me this one is pathetic of all, not in terms of build or facilities but people who are running it from top to bottom.
