We bought an engine from this company, and tried to turn it over. It would not turn over before we installed it in our customers truck. We opened it up and there were metal shavings inside of the engine. We spent almost a month trying to get them to take it back, but it was completely convoluted because it was also damaged in shipping. Because of how they created it up, but we had to re-create it higher our own shipping people shipped it back and they still aren’t giving us the money back.??

This “company” actually only consists of two people. They cannot be trusted. They will take your money very quickly (while being very professional). However, once they have it you will not hear from them again. When you ask for an update you’ll be told something is delaying your motor. Once you get tired of waiting and ask for a refund they will tell you they have a 20% restock fee (on a motor they never purchased). At that point you only have two choices: continue to wait or take your 80% and be upset. I decided to take the second option. In one of their earlier responses to a bad review they invited anyone who wanted to come by the shop, so I did. They were surprised to see me. lol The pics I took of their actual shop are a good example of their lies. They have no motors, just a dirty little empty shop with new BMW sitting in it. Compare these pics to the imaginary shop (that doesn’t exist) on their website and decide for yourself.

I do not really ever write reviews, but I have to say with all of the reviews I have read my experience with Nationwide was nothing but positive. I called, and the lady took my engine information down, got back to me with what they had and I ended up buying it. About 2 weeks after I ordered, the engine showed up at my shop and they said it looked good and found no issues. I have been driving my Kenworth with this engine in it for over 6 months now without a hiccup.

This place is a scam. They sell you an engine they don't have. Then they try to find one in a junk yard to send you. Just ask them for serial number of the engine they are selling. They won't have it. If they do it is one you won't get.

The sale representative I talked was professional and knowledgeable about the I engine I'm looking for. He responded to all of my inquiries. I'm very thankful to his assistance and kept informed after the purchase to make sure everything was well. The cost was considerably less than what I expected.

Dealing with the people and helped me throughout the ordering process has been a great experience. They also provided a very quick service. I purchased an engine which they responded promptly. Paid close attention and got me the best price for used engine. The customer service was excellent and very helpful.

Website is 100% bullshit! Google Maps street view their dilapidated warehouse will show the truth. No employees, no inventory, no warranty. Owner’s wife spends more time creating fake profiles with 5 star reviews than scouring the country to find a mediocre engine with double the quoted miles.
