DONT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! This company does not care about their customers or their babies. I've ordered from them maybe 3 or 4 times. Their formula got my baby sick the 2nd and 3rd time but I assumed that their word was good when they said "oh that's just normal"...I ended up having to take my child into into doctors where they advised me to not buy formula that takes over 2 weeks to arrive. Well I did not listen to them. Each time they happen to be out of stock of your formula AFTER you ordered it, as well as they won't ever tell you this until you wonder why it's not being shipped yet and have to ask them and per them, "whoever ordered it first will get it when its back in stock". I also asked for home delivery 3 times and only once was it shipped with a service that took it to my home. Not to mention that the cans are ALWAYS dented in and beat up. Every time I have an issue or need help the customer support is very short with you and clearly have the attitude of only caring for their money.. The FINAL straw for me was on my last order, I had to contact them multiple times asking where the formula was, what happened to it. Because it was going on 2 months of no formula showing up.. Each time they all gave me answers that didn't actually answer my question. The formula is SPOILED after over a month of waiting for it may I mention to you all and General formula guidelines and rules YOU DON'T FEED YOUR BABY FORMULA THAT'S BEEN IN TRANSIT OVER ONE MONTH and is against safety policies which violates the safety laws and your food will make your baby sick. No doubt why my child got sick. Not to mention that it is currently at a post office god knows where but not at mine! They refuse to refund, stating that "they can't take returns due to safety of their customers and can't take refunds or returns because it says delivered and they aren't held liable for any lost packages". Well... they shouldn't give it back to any customers for one, if your a good company you'll except what you did wrong and take the loss, for 2, it does NOT say it's delivered it shows it is waiting at some post office other than mine somewhere and not my house, for 3... wow they are just really bad at management if they are okay with this and don't care. Any ways, since then I had to move to another company that I've never had these issues with at all. I can not believe that they don't care when their package is lost and/or spoiled. No doubt that they will give this formula out to another mamma once it returns to them after I don't pick it up (it's not at my post office). I will be contacting every company I can to report this, I'm also letting my card company know what happened.

Terrible company “ my organic company “ that is extremely quick to charge for baby formula that was not even sent to me. Isn’t this theft? I paid by credit card and never received a tracking number for my order nor did I receive my order!!! They don’t have a telephone number so that people can not connect with them- they only have an email address which they don’t even respond to!!!! Extremely unethical behaviour!!!!! Unreliable company which is very stressful to deal with when you have a baby to care of but at the same time run after them for your money!!!

They're horrible. Don't ever buy from them. I paid for five days shipping and the order is two weeks late. They're lying about the shipping and post false reviews on their website.

I have had my almost 7 month old son on their Kendamil product for 4 months. I learned that Kendamil had been recalled due to deficiencies in iron. The company denies that their product is included in the recall. I had my son’s hemoglobin checked this week and he is anemic due to a diet deficient in iron. He has only been on Kendamil formulas since his second month of life. The company is taking no responsibility for their sub-par product and will not even issue me a refund for the product I am left with that I cannot feed him (~$200 worth). I posted a review to alert other consumers to this serious issue on their website and they will not allow it to be posted. Other consumers should beware!!! It could put your child’s health at risk!

Amazing customer service! shipping is fast! My baby thrives on kendamil. Love this company! Not to mention they provide helpful news articles on different topics pertaining to babies. 100% recommend!

My baby did awful on American formulas. Once we switched to Kendamil from My Organic Company, she did amazing, and is now a very happy, healthy toddler. Shipping time was amazing given the circumstances surrounding the importation of baby formula from the EU. I wouldn't trust any company that can delivery in less than 5 business days. I have heard companies like that ship the formula from their homes, completely unsafe. Thank you so much My Organic Company!

Customer service is terrible paid 30 dollars for 3 day shipping took over 8 days even if you dont count sundays still double the time i paid a ridiculous amount for shipping for. I think what bothers me more was when i voiced a complaint they were rude and dismissive. Will not be ordering from again
