The formula here costs double what it would if you were to buy it off the shelf in Europe. They sent me a dented can (packaging was intact so can was dented to start) and told me they’d give me a $2 refund. They said it was safe but forgive me for trusting the CDC over them. Such an unethical company.

Ordered 12 cans of formula from them for the second time (first time was fine). Unfortunately this time it came with dented cans. Reached out to the company about my concerns and they told me don’t worry it’s safe, and they aren’t going to replace the dented cans. All the research I did told me dented baby formula cans are unsafe, which is why I reached out to let them know about the dented cans. Feel free to spend your money with a company who’s willing to take the risk of killing your kid to make sure they don’t have to send you a non-defective product. The bright side is they offered me $2 a can to make up for the risk I have to take. Seriously you can’t make this stuff up! Buyer beware that if there is a problem, it’s your problem because they are willing to take the risk of killing your kid versus sending you non-defective products! Putting in a formal complaint with the FDA and the Dept of Health and Human Services.

I have truly tried at least 8 different formulas for my 4 month old in hopes of finding one that didn't cause digestive issues. This is truly the best!! He loves drinking it and this may be TMI but his poops do not smell, that is absolutely fascinating!

This company is A SCAM!!! Do not buy!!! They do not want to give money back after taking order and promising fast shipping yet days for by without shipment or tracking info and other reviews have stated they have waited over a month and have not heard back from this scam company!!!! I need my child’s food and for this place to have stolen a single mothers money for HER BABY TO EAT is beyond all the scams out there!! SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE

The worse company to deal with! Website promises fast shipping, it’s been over a month and still haven’t received my one month supply of baby formula. My shipment was stopped by border control and shipped back due to Infant formula is prohibited for importation into the US. I’ve contacted customer service too many times, asking for either refund or to resend my order. No Response, no action from this company. Very frustrating and time-consuming!

My order was placed 33 days ago and I was told I would receive a refund on day 30. My shipment never came and the email rep “Suzanne” just wants me to reorder, but the catch there is I would get charged again!! My original order was $512. Please don’t order from this company. Formulas aren’t FDA approved and they are getting pulled at the boarder. Save your money, you may not get it back.

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from My Organic Company, use Organic Best. MOC will not respond to any of your request or comments. My formula shipment never arrived and I still not have received a refund, it's been over a month. Don't waste your time, use Organic Best.

I placed an order on April 23, 2022 at 5:41 pm for Kendamil Stage 3 (12+ Months) Organic Baby Formula - 6 Pack for $287.94 (order placed through their website). The website states that the order was Fulfilled April 25, 2022 and the UPS Track shipment: UPS Express Saver #1ZY5479F0492972490. I checked the status periodically and saw several conflicting messages regarding the shipment, ie. on 04/29/2022 at 5:35 A.M - The package is undeliverable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines; and then on 05/04/2022 at 2:21 P.M - Cleared Import Customs Your package has cleared customs and is on the way. However, when I called UPS on May 11, 2022 UPS stated that they had destroyed the package because it was "abandoned" and that UPS had attempted to contact the shipper several times, but never received a response!!!! On May 11, 2022 at 5:06 I sent My Organic Company several frantic emails. I sent the company another email May 12, 2022 and today May 13, 2022 with no response. I saw that someone else had an issue involving customs. UPS stated that often times international shippers do not want to pay duties/fees for international shipping. This cannot be taken out on our babies! we deserve answers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU ARE RISKING YOUR MONEY . PRODUCT THAT CAUSES YOUR CHILD TO BE VIOLENTLY ILL , CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING. EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS, NO PHONE NUMBERS. THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW COMMENTS BECAUSE UNSATISFIED CLIENT THEY RIPPED OFF CANNOT GIVE THEM A REVIEW. I BOUGHT $1000 WORTH OF MILK PRODUCT, COULDNT RETURN. ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED MY HUSBAND'S CREDIT CARD SECOND TIME , PROCSSED THE ORDER AT 1 AM EST IN THE MORNING SO WE COULDN'T CANCEL WITHIN THEIR 1 HOUR PERIOD OF CANCELLATION TERMS. ONLY BECAUSE WE WERE SLEEPING. WE REQUESTED THE SHIPPING TO BE CANCELLED, THEY SAID THEY CAN'T. I WORK IN MAJOR COMPANY WHO SELLS FAR EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS AND IF THE SHIPPING ONLY CREATED LABEL, THAT MEANS IT CAN BE CANCELLED . AND IF CANT BE CANCELLED WE SEND RETURN LABEL. THEY DO NOT REPOND TO YOUR INQUIRY ON TIME, NOR ARE THEY POLITE OR UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE SITATION. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. THEY ARE CALLING THEMSELVES ETHICAL BY SELLING ORGANIC PRODUCTS BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT. KENDAMIL SHOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE PARENT'S NIGHTMARE. DISPUTING THE CHARGES AND IF NECESSARY FILING A LAWSUIT.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Terrible company to deal with. Purchased Kendamil formula from them only to never receive my shipment. I even paid for the rush shipment. Their customer service says it was held up by customs. Why did I pay for rush shipment if it was never going to show up. Two weeks later and still no resolution. They offered to rush another order but when I accepted, they just never followed through. My guess is that they’re hoping the original order will just eventually get released from customs (if that’s even a true story). At that point, why would I want formula that was most likely improperly stored for several weeks?!?
