When I went to MPS Interactive, I had a rough idea of what I wanted but never really had the complete picture. When I came aboard, they asked me about the learning goals I had and how I wanted them executed. After an exhaustive line of questioning, they started working and came up with an excellent representation of my ideas in the eLearning program they devised. The right blend of fun and intensive learning in the training have worked wonderfully well so far. The employees are keener than ever to learn more, and we are seeing a gradual rise in their performance levels. All thanks to the amazing efforts of MPS Interactive.

Since I have handed over my training development to MPS Interactive my life has become considerably easier. They are experts in their field and leave no stones unturned when it comes to figuring out clients’ requirements. Even my trainers are finding it easy as their work is cut down considerably. It is simply too easy to track and monitor trainee progress and provide necessary feedback depending on the results. Also, I have seen that my new employees can retain knowledge for longer than before, which I would like to attribute to the fact that MPS Interactive uses a lot of visual and interactive material in the training modules.

As the lead trainer in my organization, I always curate the training material myself. I believe it is essential that the training is completely relevant to our company, this is why I was hesitant at first before using MPS interactive’s training solutions. But when I saw the training material, it surpassed my expectations. Not only it was completely relevant but also very engaging. It was reflected in the way trainees responded to the sessions.
