Montrose is a neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar on Montrose Terrace in Edinburgh, set in a late 19th-century building that was originally an inn. Its ingredient-led cooking follows the seasons, with weekly changing menus built around produce from local farmers, foragers and artisan suppliers. Diners can choose a seasonal tasting menu, vegetarian and vegan menus or a weekend set lunch, and the wine list features natural and biodynamic wines from small European growers. Montrose is a sister restaurant to Timberyard.
