this company is full of shit scammers and liars.they blackmail you so you cannot go to another company. Then they will not realize your website even after i paid them 3500 to make it for me. This website belongs to me but because i wanted to go elsewhere they have disconnected my website.what a bunch of SCAMMERS. I will be reporting them.

I strongly recommend do not sign up with MLK Marketing and do not allow them to get hold of your domain. There are reasons why SEO companies want to lock you into contracts and none of them are good. Here are some facts We signed up however never embarked on the journey as the alarm bells went off right from the beginning. Our current IT support warned us that MLK wanted to take over our domain. That is when we did some due diligence and we notified Sam Smith that we needed some time to consider our options. Over the next few days he responded to some queries and then rang me to discuss any residual issues. He became very agitated and gave me a 48 hr. deadline otherwise the contract will be cancelled . I told him that I could not talk to him as I had some people with me in the office and they did not have to listen to the spectacle. This was one week before the SEO campaign was to start beginning of November . So he practically cancelled the contract before it was even due to start as I wanted more time to talk to former clients of MLK. They had already taken almost 5000 out of my account . Beginning of November Sam had sent me an email that the only way out of the contract is if we pay MLK the total contract value for the contract period which is 14 months . That came to about 38000. Since then debt collectors have contacted us and the amount has now grown to almost 60000 that they demand. I will leave it up to the reader to decide on the ethics of demanding money for absolutely no work performed. I have been in contact with former clients and that was quite a revelation. The general consensus is that they allege that there is bullying and intimidation threats of legal action if negative reviews are not removed posting of negative reviews on clients websites in retaliation holding a clients website hostage and other methods of coercion to force clients to pay even more money or remove their negative reviews.Do not fall for their sales tactics in our case comparing our new website with the performance of two very established companies with many years of SEO with national and reseller networks one with a global presence. There were a number of misrepresentations that they used to coerce us into agreeing into a contract. The goal is to ultimately persuade you that your current service providers do a bad job making claims of poor SEO metrics and underperformance.If I can offer some more advice There are SEO companies that will provide services without locking you into any contracts. These companies will be motivated to excel and meet your expectations as a customer . They know if they do not perform then they will loose your valuable business.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with MLK Marketing and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning their communication was abysmal. It seemed like once they had my money they couldnt be bothered to respond to emails or calls in a timely manner.

MLK Marketing is not working well Their services are comparable to the utility of a submarines screen door. The website is a confusing labyrinth and their marketing strategy appears antiquated. Like tossing money into a black hole there are no answers no conversations only regret. Be careful

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.I advise anyone thinking of dealing with this firm to be very careful.Make sure they dont have access to your banking or domain details.Coming up to 2 years have gone by since I first paid and I still dont have what was promised.Michael Kamitsis the CEO of MLK is so incompetent and out of touch he doesnt even know what was contractually promised and that the website MLK developed is still inoperable and the content and presentation is something an amateur first year IT student would find laughable.I made many requests to MLK to try to address their inadequate attempt at website design but no-one would address my concerns.Kamitsis keeps purporting that I am interested in getting the inoperable amateur website they have designed. This some sort of juvenile delusion he harbours. The website they have developed would be the last thing I would want to put in front of prospective clients. It is a joke. I am told that Kamitsis turned up at the home of one person who posted a negative review with a large dog and threatened him and his family. He has also had an IVO invoked by the court to protect another person who posted a negative review from his threatening behaviour.I would give MLK a negative rating but 1 Star is the minimum allowed.Have a look at the other negative reviews by disgruntled clients.UPDATEMLK took me and a couple of other ex-clients to VCAT to attempt to get an injunction to get us to remove our negative reviews and refrain from saying anything. MLK were totally unsuccessful and lost the case.Kamitsis is now attacking my firm Post Beam by posting false reviews on Google.These reviews have been posted by Michael Kamitsis or his stooges. This is his retaliation to the negative but totally truthful review above about the appalling service I received from his firm who I engaged to redesign my website and help with marketing. There has never been any attempt to solve the numerous problems his firm has caused which would be the normal approach of a competent mature CEO. Kamitsis is not the brightest candle on the Xmas tree. His false reviews are typical of his bullying and slanderous approach to me and others who have stood up to him and written reviews to try to warn others to stay away from MLK. It is a damning analysis of MLKs lack of IT abilities failures to honour contractual commitments and lack of communication.

ZERO TO MINUS STAR RATING FROM ME.I paid MLK a substantial amount of to develop a new website for me.I am now about 14 months up the track as at July 2022.I have no website and no idea whenif it is ever going to be properly finished.Wrote many times to them to try to get anyone to address my concerns. No helpful reply.Very bad experience. Do not use this company. They are dishonest and do not complete the work they contract. Do not enter into a contract with them They hijacked my webpage locked me out of admin access and closed down my website after blackmailing me. All the reviews they have are fake. Beware
