Purchased an Album package from Mikes Mix and Master and have not heard from this company since. I've called numerous times, emailed numerous times, NO ANSWER. Contacting this company is a nightmare because they never respond. They clearly purposely have a no refund policy so that they can take your money and run with it, but I guess they don't realize that unless I receive the product I paid for, I am very much entitled to a refund. I would not recommend this company for services ever. Just make sure you do your research and don't trust all of those paid reviews.
