Miami Strong Gym is an owner-operated gym on North Bayshore Drive in Miami's Edgewater neighbourhood, reporting more than seven years in the city. Its training floor includes over 100 specialty machines, free weights and squat racks, and it runs beginner-friendly, high-energy group classes as well as personal training. Members can also use an outdoor infrared sauna, a lounge, an outdoor deck and balcony, a juice bar and a coffee counter. The gym opens seven days a week, with extended weekday hours.
