We believe in holistic dentistry. Thus, we use Reiki to overcome dental anxiety. Dr. Harleen is a Reiki Level 2 healer. She uses Reiki as a natural way to relax our patients and calm their anxiety. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is the spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki can help you feel more balanced – if you are anxious, you’ll feel serene; if you’re distressed, you’ll feel comforted.
