This place is sketchy. They were pushing me to purchase a warranty in order to get a lower interest rate, at no point should you have to purchase a warranty to get a low-interest rate on a car loan.

My car’s engine was knocking when I bought it and they said to call the warranty after a week to get fixed. But after a week the warranty company said it was pre-existing and they won’t cover it and now I don’t know what to do.
