Founded in Cape Town in 2005 by Tiggy Potgieter, the Cherry Melon family works as a team to create effortless garments from the best quality fabrics available. All of this is dreamed into being right here in sunny SA by mostly local, female-owned manufacturers. So, when you buy Cherry Melon, you also know that you are supporting craftswomen with families of their own. There is so much to consider, and regular, non-pregnancy clothing can be too restrictive for bourgeoning bodies. To be fair, it’s not the regular clothes’ fault – it just wasn’t designed to support all the changes you’re going through.
