Masque is a fine-dining restaurant set in a converted space within Mumbai's former mill district at Mahalaxmi. The restaurant takes an ingredient-driven approach to cooking and is built around a multi-course chef's tasting menu, a format it describes as one of the first of its kind in India. Alongside the main dining room, the team operates Masque Lab, an experimental space in the same mill compound used for research and smaller dining formats.
