Maritime Vehicle Providers

I purchased my vehicle at the end of February 2024 and on June 5th I started to hear a metal on metal noise, clunking when accelerating or stopping. I called Maritime Vehicle Providers to explain the issue. I was advised to take my vehicle to a garage closer to me... I did this, the mechanic found that the heat exhaust pan was missing and the clamps were causing the clunking noise. I had this repaired. I called Maritime Vehicle Providers and explained what happened and what I was advised to do by their service department and I'm being refused reimbursement. Told that it was wear and tear on my vehicle and it was my responsibility to have ot fixed.... Well I totally disagree!! I could see it if I owned my vehicle for more than 4 months... But only having it for 4 months and have things fall off of it and being told it's my fault!! Not to mention I haven't driven it very much in the 4 months I've owned it.. Not a happy customer! Would never buy or recommend that company ever again!! And Shemara wasn't very pleasant to speak to... It was like she received her sales commission from my sale then says too bad, the car maintenance is on you! She was so rude she even hung up on me when I said I was putting in a complaint against her and the company!!
