Lucky Locksmith

I locked my keys in my house so I called around midnight to see if anyone could come. 15 minutes later I got a call saying they would be there in 30 minutes. Then 20 minutes later they called and said no one could come. They called me again and showed up around 730 am. Told me it was $30 for the call, $25 for emergency service and $300 if they could get in my house. After they tried for an hour they couldn't get in. He then said he still had to charge me the $300 even though he couldn't get in. He said that this had never happened before. I said that he had told me I wouldn't be charged If he couldn't get in. In order to get him to leave I ended ip paying $355 and was still locked out!
