Locanda de Gusti is an Italian restaurant on Dalry Road in Edinburgh, about five minutes' walk from Haymarket Station, run by Naples-born chef Rosario Sartore and his wife Maria. The kitchen cooks in the tradition of Naples and Southern Italy, combining artisan products imported from Italy with Scottish meat, fish and seafood, and makes everything from scratch each day. The menu includes a wide range of gluten-free dishes and desserts, vegan adaptations on request and a Friday set business lunch.
