Fraudsters. Initially, everything was fine; the server was fast, everything was okay. Then the legal entity changed, and problems started. They stopped accepting regular VISA cards for payment. When attempting to pay the issued invoice, their payment gateway returned an error. The support team replied that they didn't have another payment gateway and suggested I pay for my server with cryptocurrency, and I would have to pay three times more than the server's cost, arguing that there is a minimum payment when paying with cryptocurrency through their gateway. I refused and asked them to resolve the issue with VISA card payment, reminding them that according to their rules, if there is a payment issue on their side, they should not shut down my server until the problem is resolved. After that, they simply blocked my account.
