About Lemonade Gluten Free Bakery

Lemonade Gluten Free is the brainchild of head pastry chef, Tracy Kadonoff. We can tell you all about Tracy's award winning pastry past, which includes studies at the Baking and Pastry Arts program in Vancouver, more studies in Paris at the prestigious Ecole Lenotre and further honing at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley (she really knows how to pick her spots). We can also tell you that she held a sixteen year long, award winning stint at one of Vancouver's premier pastry shops.
