I should give a zero star if I can. I bought a wedding lehenga from this store and designer of Ritukumar. I was showed different when I tried out in the store. After coming to U.S., when right before my daughter's wedding, she opened and saw torn/ripped blouse from two places, the ties in bottom lahenga and blouse had threads coming out from the braid, the net liner was missing. When I complained to the store, the store person was no longer at Gurgram store. The manager told to contact the customer service. The customer service told me to ship the blouse, which cost me $100. and then, told me to send for quality check. I told that I will bring it Mumbai store and got no response. The first store confirmed that the silk material used was very old and even on touch, it was torn. Their main store told me to take it back to gurugram store. I spent almost lakh rupees which went in drain. Never ever buy anything from Ritukumar designer. especially from Gurugram store.
