Khyen Chyen is a dream started by Nasir Andrabi, to take Kashmiri food to the world - the traditional way. Khyen Chyen in Kashmiri language means Khaana Peena - to eat and to drink. Traditional in its literal sense, we do not innovate on traditional preparations keeping the food authentic. We are the only restaurant that has Wazwaan, home cooked dishes and Kashmiri street food on the menu keeping the food culture of Kashmir at your plates and in your hearts alive. Khyen Chyen started its first outlet on 7th February 2015 in Gurgaon, India. In the first year of its operations Khyen Chyen received numerous awards and accolades. Sticking to our roots, Khyen Chyen is personified by the exotic ingredients of Kashmir, hard work of our team and a Trami full of love.
