Khao Moo Dang is a Thai-owned street food restaurant on SE Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland named after its signature dish of jasmine rice topped with red pork, Chinese sausage, crispy pork belly and egg with a savoury-sweet pork gravy. The menu also includes Ba Mhee Moo Dang, an egg noodle version. The kitchen cooks its pork fresh daily, steaming and air-frying it without oil, and sources produce from local vendors. Seating is walk-in only, and the restaurant also offers takeout, delivery, catering and gift cards.
