WHY ARE THESE GUYS TOP RATED IN GOOGLE WITH SIX STARS AND ALL THE PEOPLE ARE THREE MONTHS AGO SUSPECTI am trying to reach them about getting the fob to work that was programmed just yesterday. When I went to my car it did not work right away I had to fool with it for awhile to get it to work. When he finished it yesterday he told me I would have to put the fob next to the switch to get it to work. When I called him and told him it was not working he basically told me to bad. He wanted me to buy his 300 and something dollar fob and when I didnt he could care less. As I am typing this I have been on hold for close to an hour. This is a scam the dealership charges the same I would have been better off going with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. MY AIM IS TO BLAST THIS ALL OVER THE NET. BUYER BEWARE.Day two I am on the phone with a person that talks over me and does not listen to what has happened. I asked what was the next step she was very rude and when I asked for the owner of the company I was told she will not give me that information. The conversation ended with me having to tell her I dont want to argue but would just like to have the the situation fixed. She also said it wasnt right for me to post my complaint to the NET. Given that her rudeness and the rudeness of the installer I want to make sure anyone using them is aware of how business was handled with me. Im not sure if the positive feedback from the others are legit based on my current experience.BTW The OEM key fob company who sold the fob to me was professional and listen to my inquiries. They said it is impossible that the fob didnt work .AS I SAID BEFORE BUYER BEWARE. I will keep you abreast of the happenings going forth.Just notice they are trying to hide my post by using accounts that are out of town New Jersey etc... WHY WOULD THEY DO THATWell it continued the programmer was on the phone with the OEM key seller and professional OEM Key Fob - programmer told the installer he didnt do it properly and he insisted that he did. At this point two OEM Key Fobs that dont work properly the odds are against that. What has happened is it was programmed wrong and I have to now find a company that will do the process and not be so proud to say they made two mistakes programming the key fob. Im done with Keys On Wheels...DONT USE THESE GUYS BEWARE.
