About KATOOMBA MOUNTAIN LODGE

The lodge is one of the oldest heritage buildings with budget accommodation in Katoomba. The building was originally created as a primary school, subsequently transformed into a nursing home and at the end of 1970s refashioned into the guesthouse of today. We are located in the centre of Katoomba just a few blocks from the train station and an easy20 minute walk to Echo Point, where the Three Sisters and magnificent lookouts are located.
