Dear All Industrial colleagues: We issued a PO to Jiang Su Steel for 150 lengths (20/Ft each length) of Angle but we received delivery of 95 lengths. The quotation & order was for 150 lengths at $95 per length however on the invoice they kept the figures the same and wrote them under same columns but interchanged the headings (Prices with Qty) hence reducing the quantity to be supplied and increasing the per unit price while the total amount remained the same. This mistake was over looked by us and the same invoice forwarded to the bank for LC opening & they supplied the material as per their wrong invoice that is for 1900 FT. We request them through mails & phone calls to immediately reimburse the balance amount to us that is 95$/55PCS = US$ 5,225.00 OR deliver the balance lengths but they don’t even respond.
