Island is not your typical cocktail bar; set up on DIY ethics with the intention of injecting a little glamour, a lot of soul and absolutely no pretension into the Birmingham nightlife scene, the bar has proved a real hit. We've taken away all of the stuffy nonsense of traditional cocktail bars, instead preferring to focus on what matters - the cocktails. You won't find any packet mixes or pitchers of slosh here, just real cocktails made individually by hand by our experts.
