WARNING: Very disappointing experience, we bought their app from Evanto market, requested custom edits and paid 1150$, after the 7th version of the App and 4 months of developments and late replies, there are basic core problems, no new user registration possible tested on 3 different devices. Now I am disappointed and want to cancel the project and get a refund (at least partial refund), and this is what happened: 1- The development was very slow, it took weeks till they replied sometimes. 2- They send me the same app and say problems fixed. 3- They do not reply to me now when I want to cancel as I am very late in my app project now because of them. 4- They are refusing to negotiate any refunds. 5- They contact me after I left a review, asking me to refund only a product of 79$ and then discuss the 1150$ refund, after I refunded the product they refuse to discuss any type of refund, an action I find 100% deceptive. 6- They keep sending me messages that we can fix problems, the problem is trust and they lost it, the problem is very slow work and they can not fix it. 7- They promised me a 50% refund in Skype chat, then their CEO Mr. Hindustani Modi , contacted me saying "if you just want to stick to it and keep making those comments out there and waste your time" meaning he will NOT refund, I will keep wasting my time but at least warning other customers not to get this disappointing service, language and work. I think this last action is 100% deceptive, I have screenshots of them promising to refund 50% and then their CEO taking back these promises. Long story short: 100% DISAPPOINTED and would never recommend anyone to deal with them, at least buy through a gateway like evanto market that can guarantee a refund, but paying them directly was my biggest mistake.
