With Hershey and his colleague Marc, we sold our condo and bought a duplex within 3 months. During the whole process, their service was professional and in time. The advice they provide was unbiased and insightful. Plus, they were very accommodative to our schedule considering we have a young baby.

Real estate agent Hershey Rosen is very competent and attentive to his client's individual goals and needs. His expertise in Montreal and the surrounding region was really useful to us as we are from out of town. Hershey did not spend our time looking at properties that might not be able to satisfy my requirements because I needed handicap accessibility, which is difficult to find. I had a great experience working with Hershey Rosen during my apartment search in Canada, Montreal. Although I was under a time constraint to find a new place upon moving to the city, he helped me find a great place, at my preferred location, and within my budget.
