Green Lettuce is a homestyle restaurant and the first Indian style Chinese food restaurant in the Lower Mainland. The first location was established in 1999 in Vancouver with a seating of 60 people on Kingsway still in operation. In 2003, Green Lettuce expanded to Surrey at Boundary Plaza (64th Avenue and 120th Street) with a seating capacity of 110. "We believe in quality and quantity of food while getting excellent service from our friendly and multilingual team. That is the 'Green Lettuce Experience' and we pride ourselves on this".
