Globe Health Club is a gym on Level 1 of Australia Fair Metro in Southport on the Gold Coast, which has served the area for more than 19 years. The open-plan club has natural light, free weights and modern training equipment, and a dedicated zone for stretching, abdominal work and warm-ups. Members get 24-hour access, and personal training is available. Group classes include Zumba, Pilates, yoga, Dance Fit, HIIT, Stretch and Release, core and lower body sessions, Boxercise and indoor bootcamp. Free parking is located close to the entrance, and Fitness Passport is accepted.
