Gemma is a neighborhood bistro on North Henderson Avenue in Dallas serving elevated American classics with Italian and French influences. The menu spans starters, salads, pastas, entrees and desserts, paired with an extensive wine list and a cocktail program, and the bar offers discounted oysters during set early and late evening hours on weekdays. The restaurant has received a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2024 and 2025 and was nominated for Outstanding Hospitality at the 2024 James Beard Awards.
