Gallo 8 Gym is a family-owned gym on SW 29th Avenue in the Little Havana area of Miami. Spread across two floors, it provides free weights including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks and bench press stations, along with cable machines, plate-loaded and selectorised equipment and cardio machines such as treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Members have access to a locker room and an on-site smoothie bar, and the gym offers personal training with NASM-certified, bilingual coaches who tailor programmes to individual goals.
