About Gala Bakery

A growing company in the baked goods industry Gala Bakery has been owned and operated by the Janosevic family since 2002. From humble beginnings in the former Yugoslavia where we operated a number of small neighborhood markets. To Canada, we continue to run a busy neighborhood bakery and deli. In 2009, we expanded our neighborhood bakery into a state of the art facility in Hamilton, Ontario.
