AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAM. DISHONEST. Unfortunately, I ordered a lens from Gadget Ward. They promised delivery in 2-5 business days. Of course, this was untrue. I attempted to contact them via email, online chat, and phone over 50 times. Only once was I ever able to speak with a real person. I did receive two email responses - both providing false claims about delivery times. Fast forward a month later... still no tracking details, despite multiple promises of shipment. Even going so far as to lie that the product had been shipped. Over this time, I was forced to rent the lens twice, incurring costs over $200. They promised to issue a refund for these costs when I received my lens. However, they ended up canceling my order without my consent, and no prior notification, and have issued no additional refund to cover costs incurred as promised. All phone calls and emails at this point have been ignored.
