Fothergills is a bar and bistro on Castle Road in Nottingham, set in a building dating from 1883 and run by the Ever So Sensible Group, which was established in 2001. It serves an international, bistro-style fixed-price menu built around ingredients from local producers, along with breakfast and Sunday roasts. Drinks include ales from local micro-breweries and a selection of wines. The venue hosts live music, wine and cheese nights and tasting menus, caters for events and functions, and has dog-friendly bar and terrace areas.
