About Forj LA

Forj LA is an independent combat sports and fitness gym located on North Mission Road on the east side of downtown Los Angeles. Its class schedule covers boxing skills and boxing fitness, Muay Thai and kickboxing for striking, and combat jiu jitsu for MMA-style grappling. Members and visitors can join drop-in classes, and new students can try a first class at no charge. The facility also includes recovery technology, and members manage bookings through a dedicated members-only app.
