Our coffee is sourced via direct trade, which means there is a relational chain from the café to the farmer who grew the coffee. We buy our coffee from the roaster Detour, who works with a green buyer to determine what coffee qualities are desired. The green buyer works directly with coffee farmers to develop a quality and consistent product, which can then be sold at a higher price point. As a result, the farmer benefits from a higher level of income and the café and consumer benefit from a higher quality coffee. For tea lovers, we’ll have a variety of premium loose leaf teas available. We want your cuppa to be perfect so we’ll use the precise water temperature suited for your favorite tea. Our hot water tower provides us with four different temperatures of water on demand, which will draw out your tea’s full flavor.
