Parts arrived but came damaged. Emails didnt get throughanswered and no-one to take the calls. Nor replied to online form submission. However I did get to speak with Emma on the online chat and she was really helpful even giving me her mobile number to sent photos through. Quickly sorted. So while the experience was not completely positive there are real people maybe not enough of them at the other end the problem did get sorted without quibble. Thanks Emma.
