Fitness on Q is a 24/7 gym located in the Super Q Centre on Allandale Entrance in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast. The gym is fitted out with Technogym equipment, including free weights such as dumbbells, barbells and benches, along with treadmills, elliptical and cross trainers, exercise bikes, cable machines and functional training gear. It also has specialised rehabilitation equipment for members recovering from injury. Facilities include a water cooler and television, and enquiries are handled directly by the gym owner.
