Our system has an ROI that pays for itself with the first project. We offer systems from 2" pipe to 72" pipe that works as well in the fabrication shop as it will in the field environment. Quickly “fit” and “tack” spools consisting of flanges, fittings and pipe in virtually any configuration. No helper or assistance required to produce a perfect “fit up” (in most applications). The system fixtures work exceptionally well for production welding with multiple copies of the same pipe spool. The SPEEDRAIL is used to facilitate faster set up and extremely accurate 90° and 45° configurations, even if the fitting itself is just barely within tolerances (see ASME specifications and tolerances). The SPEEDRAIL is designed to be used in shop fabrication, but can be adapted for field application.
