Fintiba

Fintiba is unresponsive - 3 weeks money not activated I did not get my money for almost three weeks now. I uploaded all of the necessary stuff, but the money is lost, they simply cannot find it or they don’t want to to find it. I don’t know why and also not feel well treated from customer agent.

I have heard many bad things from fellow students about the blocked bank account in Germany. Fintiba looks young, but they are making many mistakes. Sometimes parts of the money is missing or missing completely which is of course worst case. They are not trusted anymore amongst my friends.

Finitiba actually caught me as they are widely known, but I don’t know why they are approved as I was having so many issues with them. You won’t believe how this company is handling your money. Firstly after a torture of online verification with their provider, I have sent the amount to them in EUR which was super expensive, but they did not accept INR. Then, my balance showed another balance, so after asking many times I had to transfer additional money with additional costs. Then activating the account is the next nightmare. If you do not have a German phone number this will basically not work at all. I can imagine that there are people for whom it appears easier, but for me it was just not convenient nor understandable. Highly not recommended, especially because they are also the most expensive provider and the slowest in response.
