About Fetherstons

Fetherstons is a local, independent estate agency formed in early 2011, covering Greater Belfast and North Down from its South Belfast office on the Lisburn Road, an East Belfast office on the Upper Newtownards Road and a North Down office. The agency provides residential sales and lettings, property valuations, financial services, land and sites, new homes and new developments, and commercial sales. Fetherstons holds accreditations including IPAV, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and The Property Ombudsman, and publishes its own figures on sale-agreed and let-agreed times for the homes it markets.
