Opened in 2016 by Dr. Hussain Rahal and Tony Garcia in a heritage mansion in the capital’s Somerset Village, Fairouz is an upscale-casual restaurant featuring modern Middle Eastern cuisine finely crafted by Executive Chef Walid El-Tawel and his talented culinary team. Benchmark standards of quality in local ingredients and farm fresh produce are enhanced by the traditional herbs and spices of the Middle East. A sophisticated wine and beer list have been curated by Sommelier/General Manager Adam Weiss and thoughtfully crafted cocktails are helmed by our talented Mixologists.
