I signed up for a one year service (something like 66USD) and was not happy with how "unfriendly" the system is, as they don't have an app, so logging in from the phone's browser every time is not convenient. I then was surprised to see a second year subscription charged on my credit card. When contacting the company for a refund, they stated that I have agreed to their terms and conditions which provide that notice of cancellation should be sent at least 24 hours prior to the renewal of the account, and have not agreed on the refund.
