Ella and Ross

My husband and I bought a glass dining table from them. The table we received had some small dings and dents in the legs, which I reported to customer service. I was told the damage must have occurred on shipping, as Ella + Ross only lets the most "exceptional pieces" leave their facility. They processed a 10% partial refund, which we felt was a bit low considering the condition of the table base. They offered to pick up the table and give us a full refund, but this was the only glass table we were able to find online that had the right dimensions and look we wanted. We decided to keep the table. But we would have been happier if the table had come in new condition and not damaged.
