Avoid like the plague. shame i cant give them 0 stars I purchased a van from these charlatans. Upon first contact they said they can get a van to me early the following week, Needed for work reasons - i had found another, slightly cheaper but more milage, regrettably i decided to go with these. 4 weeks late they finally contact me to say the vans ready and they'll send over a video walk around - this never came, they had the van driven down to me. Upon the keys being shoved in my hand and the delivery driver scarpering to his next pick up - running late and had to pick a car up to drive back up north. i inspected the van and it became clear very quickly the the van had accident damage to the front, light mounting broken, buckled wing, both side loading doors misaligned and sitting proud, large dent in one of the doors, roof of van looked like it hadn't been cleaned since leaving the production factory and other small issues. I took pictures and emailed eden commercials with my concerns and asked for a resolution. i have still not received a reply to this. once it became clear that i was being blanked i contacted the finance company and they arranged a independent engineer to come out and asses the van. once i received a copy of this report i emailed it to eden, and guess what, blanked yet again. Absolutely disgusting behavior 6/7 weeks and not a single comment from anyone at eden
