I will recommend people not to send from them . The term is worst when it comes to customer service they are good only till the time your parcel is shipped . My whole box was open things were broken but not even a single dirhams compensation was provided .

I put 4 pictures one pictures already folded that I give to hand hover ec cargo service pepal thay sem like took inches price then telling me only parking our office thats.But when received my brother that one front or back both sides open ring and handel and missing parts.....When I informed office they told everyone bycical handel or front wheel opening but my one all parts open.I think befor parking need to be castomar inform but they un care less.and no velu when you finish sending item after that like toking no respect... this all About happening me I dont like to one star also but thy no option like so its ok ...... everything your choice......
