Worst service ever
I will recommend people not to send from them . The term is worst when it comes to customer service they are good only till the time your parcel is shipped . My whole box was open things were broken but not even a single dirhams compensation was provided .

When I informed office they told everyone bycical handel or front wheel opening but my one all parts open.
I think befor parking need to be castomar inform but they un care less.and no velu when you finish sending item after that like toking no respect... this all About happening me I don't like to one star also but thy no option like so it's ok ...... everything your choice......
