I highly recommend Dale A hayes Jr for representation when finding yourself in a position where you should not be on your own. Dale kept me aware of steps being taken as well as what I should be doing. Dale was reasonable to work with and understanding. Dale A Hayes is great! He helped me tremendously with a legal problem and my case was dismissed! He is extremely responsive, answered all my questions right away, and I was grateful for his help. I hired DV lawyers Las Vegas to handle my case. It was a great decision from the very beginning. They talked to me about everything before the case was filed. It was the only firm I talked to that listened to everything I had to say and was able to actually come up with a plan to help defend my case. Overall we got the case dismissed before it was even filed. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a defense attorney.

After a drunk night
After a drunk night I ended up in jail, I don’t remember really what happened but I was arrested for Domestic Violence. I decided to call a law firm to see what they could do. I search on google and call Dale A Hayes picked up the phone and I talked to him about the case. He explained everything to me and told me how the whole process worked. It was nice to talk to an actual attorney and is made me feel better about future representation. I am very thankful that I went with this firm to handle my case

I NEVER write reviews…..with that being said the experience, I was grateful enough to have with this DV Lawyers Las Vegas, I have to share here as well.

I highly recommend Dale for legal issues. I was wrongfully arrested and Dale worked with me to prove my innocence and got me a dismissal in a timely manner. The ratings are as accurate as you seem them, five star. I'd went to numerous attorneys prior to me meeting with Dale, and when he presented to me the way he was going to approach my case it was very unique from the others. He was supportive and his rate is impartial.
