Dr. M. Kathiresan, is an accomplished Interventional Cardiologist, well known for his integrity and interventional skills specifically in complex angioplasties, Intracoronary imaging, Endovascular procedures and structural heart disease interventions. He was a consultant in Madras Medical Mission, SRM Medical College Hospital and Kauvery Hospital before joining Apollo Hospitals in 2016. He is now a full time senior consultant and Interventional Cardiologist in Apollo Main Hospital, Greams Road and Apollo Speciality Hospital, OMR, Perungudi.A Heart Specialist is also called a Cardiologist. He is a doctor who has acquired a special skill and training in finding, treating and preventing the diseases of blood vessels.
