It is associated with the Divine Heart Foundation, which was established by Prof. A.K. Srivastava, former head of cardiac surgery at SGPGIMS Lucknow, and its hospital complex opened on 3 March 2006. Departments include cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, cardiac anaesthesia and critical care, gynaecology and obstetrics, pulmonary medicine, paediatrics and neonatology, dental sciences and orthopaedics. The hospital provides 24-hour angioplasty, angiography and ICU care, and runs a rapid response system with a round-the-clock ambulance helpline.
